| Happy Belated Birthday To Me!!!! lol Yeah clearly my weekend was too crazy to post earlier. But hey, I'm blessed, I'm a year older and God is Great (just felt the need to put that in  ). And now its time to recuperate... Would you somersault in sand with me? Random I know but I can't stop listening to this song,. it brings back memories of happy times  . A time I wish I could have back but with the strength of God I'm learning how to slooooooooooowly but surely let it go... HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!!!!!!!! |

| I always said I wanted to take up boxing...well...I must say...that shyt is hard!!!!  I thought that all I had to do was throw punches, HA. It's all about your form, the way you move, concentration, 3rd counts, weight training, stretching, cardio, warm ups, warm downs...Lord I think I'm doing more now then I did the 17 years that I have been dancing! But its cool b/c one of my friends is training me and its easier to mess up and move on when you have someone laughing with you and not at you or someone looking at you like your slow...then again he does that too lmao but its cool . Well all I can say is its worth it, I can already see a difference in the way that I look and how I fell, mentally and physically, and by the end of the semester imma be a killa lol  |
